We are Amber Reigns, a local Niagara region alternative rock band. Working for the past 6 months we have finally completed our first full length cd and are glad to say that we are very pleased. We have shared the stage with acts such as flatlined , under artificial skies, Zombies inc and the after chapter. In 2008 we were nominated for best heavy metal act for the Niagara music awards, unfortunately we didn?t win but were still very honoured to even be recognized as a top act in Niagara. Shortly after a company called ?usa first? contacted us and asked if they could use our first single as a theme song for their program that helps young people become aware drug and alchol abuse and other problems that are flooding our society. On may 12th 2010 Amber reigns will be doing an on air interview with 91.7 giant fm were they will be performing their first single calm me down, and playing a few other tracks from their debut cd. Teaming up with Elevated productions (a successful production company from Toronto) and Bianca, amber reigns will be on satellite radio 89.5 in early June, the station has 8 million listeners and will be doing a interview via phone. As well, elevated productions has specifically asked if they can shoot our first featured music video which will be aired on MTV.
