In Big Blue X we sit around after band practice cooling down with a few beers, talking about our favorite bands, road trips, politics, and evil corporations. It all makes for an interesting and heated debate about what we should be doing with ourselves. The answer is always the same, "let's put that in a song."

The Light: Inspiration for many Big Blue X songs like "The Ocean" and "Happy Hot", and also the band name, comes from the good times swimming, fishing and drinking at the beach and lakes.

The Dark: Songs like "Prepare For War" and "Two Miles of Stone" are about the insane people that run our world to ruins and what we can do about it. "We write about our planet and our times," said Brian, Big Blue X's singer.

"Prepare For War" & "Two Miles of Stone" were recorded live off the mixing board at a small Toronto club on July 4th, 2010. Big Blue X has over 20 original songs ready to record, and are working on new releases and live gigs for 2011.

Big Blue X is Brian on vocals, Carl on guitar & keyboards, John on guitar & bass guitar, Bobbyji on Tabla & percussion. Big Blue X are from Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

What's going on family? I'm giving you guys a heads up on my progress. I recently teamed up with "Mujo Productions." So far, I've re-recorded my version of "Rom Pom Pom" and "Looking Down". Mujo productions shot the videos to both of these tracks and I will be promoting them here as well as other networking sites. Both tracks will be free to download. "Rom Pom Pom" is the first one we are pushing. I just got info from Mujo Productions that the version already uploaded is not the Final Mix and Master... but a promo to give the people a feel of what I'm doing. I will keep you informed .
