Since 1988 I have been experimenting with constructing/composing original material utilising home recording equipment and a variety of instruments. In doing so, I discovered a fascination for soundtrack....making music to imagined scenes such a s moments of drama and landscapes.
The samples I have to show here are sort of tongue in cheek. They are merely suggestive. I would like to be able to do this with real instruments but I have always loved the sounds of analogue synths and would like to see the synth included in the traditional orchestra.
I am looking to set up a new rig within the home studio using Pro Tools and a comprehensive library of soft synths and perhaps an Axiom Pro controller.
Pity we have to get bogged down with all the technicalities to release the creativity. It is so much easier....In The Mind. Anyone know about a helmet that you plug into your recording gear? Imagine that!

The sounds are clearly ayteeish. The melody was one of a happy moment..hench melodic. With a sort of reggea side effect and a pizzicato bass walk beat ending in a fadeout jam with a repetitive ongoing clock effect. The sudden change is indicative of a change from one scene to another.
